This release is all about being amigos in the struggle to make house music; Amigos who have bonded over the years and beats to form bonds based in rhythm that have extended to become family. On board are Poncho Warwick (aka the otherwise slick galaxy-travelling bounty hunter identity of long time friend Wally Callerio) and Huey Jack, Pete’s chocolate-loving old
roommate and long time friend of Natural Rhythm.

Right out of the gate comes Tribute to
Roman (Poncho Warwick Remix). Poncho takes the vocal bits from the original, flips them, flops them and adds some crazy warm synth and bass arrangements. This is 100% trademark Poncho W. and we know you’ll not be disappointed. Up next is the Pete & Thomas original mix of Tribute to Roman. The “Roman” in question is the legendary Romanthony (RIP) who
served up platter after platter of influential tunes that made an early and consistent impact on the early NRM DJ sets. You’ll hear sharp stabs, a swinging beat and fun bass line in an NRM effort to pay homage to the man himself. My Shit ft. Huey Jack started from a vocal captured as the initial inspiration for a tune that became a tune and then became another tune two more times. The final result is fun to play and leaves no question what to do with “My Shit.” Church is the 4th track here and is for the deeper heads. With choral vocals, musical progression and a bouncing b-line this one has been receiving early positive feedback. Thanks for giving this latest audio outing a test-drive. Vrooomm!!!
